1) UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

We will refund without delay within 14 days of receiving notice of unilateral termination, but not before the goods are returned. 2) COMPLAINTS AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
In case the received goods do not correspond to the description of your order or are damaged, please contact us via the contact form. In relation to the return of goods, the conditions from Article 4 apply, and upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will inform you about the possibilities of replacing the goods or the right to a refund of the amount paid. If the goods have material defects, we will deliver another product without a defect or refund the funds collected, of your choice.
